Job description:
As a Hospitality Construction Superintendent, you will be tasked with the comprehensive oversight of the planning, coordination, and execution of Hotel and Multifamily construction projects in the Cincinnati Metro area from inception to completion. Collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams is essential to ensure successful project delivery, adhering to specified budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage daily operations to meet project milestones, ensuring timely project completion.
– Direct all on-site personnel to achieve project objectives on schedule and within budget, while maintaining quality workmanship that conforms to established plans and specifications.

– Maintain accurate daily and weekly logs documenting construction progress.
– Uphold job-site safety, health, and cleanliness standards consistently.
– Conduct daily inspections of the construction site to ensure compliance with building, safety codes, and other applicable regulations.
– Identify potential design and construction issues that may arise, planning to address coordination conflicts prior to the commencement of construction activities.
– Interpret and explain plans and contractual terms to administrative staff, subcontractors, and clients effectively.
– Ensure completeness of project documentation and reporting.
– Attend all requisite job-site meetings, both on-site and off-site.
– Oversee the management of punch lists and the project close-out process.
