Job description:

We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in Jeffersonville, OH.

AtkinsRéalis is a globally respected design, engineering, and project management consultancy, with over 50 years of experience in providing infrastructure planning, engineering, construction, environmental consulting, urban planning, architecture, and program management services to both public and private clients across the United States. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review current vendor contracts to ensure site compliance.
  • Collaborate with on-site vendors to evaluate contract performance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and vendors to resolve contract-related disputes.
  • Assist in the negotiation and review of new vendor contracts for site work.
  • Provide regular, detailed contract analytics for client review.
  • Work with the cost analytics team as required to determine contract cost performance metrics.
  • Carry out additional contracting duties as directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of contract management experience, with at least 4 years focused on active contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multi-tiered client environments, including Owner’s Representative or General Contractor settings.
  • A background in construction is highly preferred, particularly in industrial or manufacturing projects.
