Title: Controls Project Engineer

As a Controls Project Engineer, you will lead a team responsible for engineering control systems for manufacturing equipment. Your primary duties will include:
- Designing control panels based on specifications provided by the Mechanical Department.
- Creating comprehensive software and hardware system designs.
- Developing and maintaining documentation, including schematics, Bill of Materials, network diagrams, and deliverables for customers.
- Ensuring the functionality, completeness, and accuracy of all designs.
- Collaborating with other Project Engineers to ensure design concepts and consistency.
- Participating in internal and external design reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Maintaining thorough documentation and engineering records for projects.
- Writing software as necessary and conducting commissioning and debugging activities for new and existing equipment.
- Acting as an engineering liaison to manufacturing and field service departments.
- Programming PLCs, HMIs, Drives, and Displays, as well as configuring and monitoring Atlas Copco controllers.
- Interpreting CAD drawings and electrical diagrams.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of three years of experience in engineering roles. Additionally, applicants should have three years of experience in programming PLCs, HMIs, Drives, and Displays, configuring and monitoring Atlas Copco controllers, and interpreting CAD drawings alongside electrical diagrams.
