AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for a “Convenience Store Associate” in Holland, MI, I would need the specific rate you’re referring to. However, as of my last knowledge update, hourly wages for this role typically range from around $10 to $15, depending on factors such as experience, the specific employer, and regional cost of living. In general, if the rate falls within or above this range, it could be considered competitive, particularly if it also offers benefits or opportunities for advancement. Comparatively, it aligns with industry standards, as convenience store positions in Michigan generally pay between the state minimum wage and slightly above it, making it important to assess local demand and any additional perks offered. If you provide the specific rate, I can give a more tailored analysis.
