Job description:
As a Night Store Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to exceed customer expectations by delivering efficient, accurate, and amicable check-out service and shopping assistance.
Position Details:
- Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
- Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
- Lifting Requirement: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of work, ensuring the well-being of team members, customers, and products.
- Efficiently process customer transactions by accurately scanning products and inputting prices into the register in accordance with established company policies.
- Finalize sales transactions by totaling orders and collecting payments from customers.
- Organize and straighten shelves as necessary to maintain product presentation.
- Assist with light stocking duties and promptly communicate any out-of-stock items to management.
- Relocate misplaced items to their appropriate locations.
- Vigilantly monitor customers at fuel pumps to prevent drive-offs and ensure safe practices, including proper use of gasoline containers and securing payment for multiple vehicle transactions.
- Uphold cleanliness standards for equipment, counter areas, floors, restrooms, and the exterior pump area to comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Adhere to all state and local laws pertaining to the sale of cigarettes.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance store security.
- Follow established procedures for coupon handling.
- Exhibit proficiency in selling lottery tickets and gift cards.
- Provide assistance in the kitchen area as required.
