Job Title: Cook

Company: Anna Maria of Aurora

Location: Aurora, OH

Pay: $20 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $20 for a Cook in Aurora, OH, is generally considered competitive but may vary based on several factors such as experience, type of establishment (e.g., restaurants, catering, institutional settings), and specific job responsibilities. According to industry data, cooks in Ohio earn an average hourly wage ranging from $15 to $25, depending on skill level and specialty. While $20 aligns well with the lower to mid-range of this spectrum, it may be less competitive for roles requiring advanced skills or specializing in high-demand cuisines. Overall, this rate appears fair but could be enhanced by additional benefits or incentives to attract skilled candidates.
