AI Pay Analysis: To provide an analysis of the hourly rate for the “Cook-FT-Trinity Health Hospital Livonia” position in Livonia, MI, one would typically compare the offered wage to local market rates for similar cooking roles in healthcare and general food service sectors. As of late 2023, hourly rates for cooks can vary significantly based on experience, employer, and specific job demands, typically ranging from $14 to $22 per hour in the Midwest. Given that Livonia is part of the Detroit metropolitan area, where there is a competitive labor market, a rate towards the higher end of that range would be considered competitive and align with industry standards. To further determine competitiveness, one would also consider benefits, job responsibilities, and the cost of living in the area. Without the specific hourly rate provided, it’s difficult to assess accurately, but the position is likely to be competitive if it falls within this range.
