AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $17 to $18 for a Cook position in Holland, MI, appears to be competitive when compared to industry standards. Generally, the average hourly wage for cooks in Michigan falls within the range of $14 to $20, depending on experience, establishment type, and specific responsibilities.
