AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Cook” in Milford, MI, it is essential to compare it to industry standards and local wage data. As of my last update, the average hourly wage for cooks in Michigan typically ranges from $13 to $18, depending on experience, establishment type, and region. Milford, being a suburban area, may lean towards the mid to higher end of this range. If the offered rate aligns with or exceeds this range, it would be considered competitive.
