AI Pay Analysis: To provide a thorough analysis of the hourly rate for the Cook role in Richmond, MI, I would need the specific rate you’re referring to, as well as any pertinent details such as the level of experience required and the type of establishment (e.g., restaurant, school, hospital). However, as of my last update in 2023, hourly wages for cooks in Michigan generally ranged from around $13 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and the nature of the job. To determine competitiveness, it’s essential to compare the offered rate to these averages, considering local cost of living and demand for cooking positions. If the rate is within or above this range, it is likely competitive and aligns with industry standards for the area.
