Job Title: Cook

Company: Healthcare Services Group

Location: Wyoming, MI

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update, an hourly rate of $17 for a Cook in Wyoming, MI, is generally considered below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $13 to $22 per hour depending on experience and establishment type. While entry-level cooks may earn close to $17 or even less, more experienced cooks, particularly those in higher-end restaurants or with specialized skills, often see rates above this figure. Additionally, the cost of living in the Grand Rapids area, which includes Wyoming, may push the expectation for higher wages. Therefore, while $17 may be acceptable for some entry-level positions, it may not be competitive enough to attract or retain talent in a broader or more skilled labor context.
