Job Description
Job Title: Cook
Company: Healthcare Services Group
Location: Howell, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for a Cook position in Howell, MI, is slightly above the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges between $14 to $16 per hour. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level or less experienced cooks, it could be considered on the lower side for those with more experience or specialized skills, particularly in areas like culinary arts or fine dining. Additionally, regional factors such as cost of living and local job demand can affect competitiveness; Howell, being part of the greater Detroit area, may have differing market conditions. Overall, $17 per hour is a decent starting point, but employers may need to offer additional benefits or incentives to attract more experienced candidates.
