Job description:

Prepare items for your workstation following guidelines defined by the Kitchen Supervisor and/or Sous Chef, ensuring the cooking and accurate seasoning of all menu items and daily specials from your designated station. Maintain consistency and order on the cooking line while preparing products during service and cold items according to the club’s standard recipes. You will also be responsible for managing the inventory of dressings and vinaigrettes required by the á la carte and banquet departments.
