Job Title: Cook

Company: Linden Square Assisted Living Center

Location: Saline, MI

Pay: $14 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16 for a Cook position in Saline, MI, falls slightly below the national average, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and the specific requirements of the role. While this compensation may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller establishments, it may not attract more experienced cooks or those in larger restaurants that tend to offer higher wages or additional benefits. Local variations in cost of living and demand for culinary staff can influence these figures, but overall, the offered rate appears to align more closely with lower-end sector wages, potentially limiting the quality and experience of applicants in an increasingly competitive job market.
