Job description:
Join our culinary team as a Cook, where you will showcase your exceptional cooking talents and high standards of quality through meticulous presentation and preparation. Cooks will be assigned to either the hot or cold line, responsible for creating breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items for the Dining Room and Lounge, as well as assisting with banquet meals for catered events. Additionally, you may be required to support dishwashing duties as needed. The starting pay rate is between $13 and $15 per hour, contingent on experience.

Ideal candidates will possess prior kitchen experience and a strong eagerness to learn. Depending on your assigned shift, proficiency in sautéing, frying, broiling, grilling, and cooking eggs to perfection may be necessary. Experience in batch cooking for large groups is an advantage. Availability on weekends and holidays is essential.
