AI Pay Analysis: To provide an analysis of the hourly rate for the “Cook Part Time Rotate” role in Commerce Township, MI, I would need specific details about the rate offered. However, generally speaking, as of my last update in October 2023, part-time cook positions in the U.S. typically range from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, establishment type, and location. In Michigan, particularly in suburban areas like Commerce Township, rates may be on the higher end due to regional cost of living and demand for skilled workers in the food service industry. If the rate you have falls within or exceeds this range, it can be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards; if it significantly undercuts this average, it may not attract the best candidates.
