AI Pay Analysis: To evaluate the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the “Cook – Part Time – St. Joseph’s Village” position in Saint Joseph, MN, it’s essential to consider local and national wage trends for similar roles. As of 2023, part-time cooks in the Midwest typically earn between $12 and $18 per hour, depending on experience, type of establishment, and specific duties. Saint Joseph, being a smaller community, may skew toward the lower end of this range.
