Job Description
Job Title: Cook
Company: Sunrise Senior Living
Location: West Bloomfield, MI
Pay: $20.6 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of my last knowledge update in October 2021, the hourly rate of $20.60 for a Cook in West Bloomfield, MI, appears to be competitive, especially considering the rising wages in the food service industry and the increased demand for skilled culinary workers. Generally, cooks’ hourly wages in the U.S. can range from approximately $12 to $25, depending on experience, establishment type (such as fast food versus fine dining), and geographical location. For West Bloomfield, which has a relatively higher cost of living compared to other regions, the offered rate is likely to be above the state minimum wage and aligns well with industry standards, particularly for those with culinary training or experience in more upscale environments. However, for precise competitiveness, it would be beneficial to consult updated local job postings and wage surveys.
