Job Title: Cook

Company: Sunrise Senior Living

Location: Dublin, OH

Pay: $19.05 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $19.05 for a Cook position in Dublin, OH, is generally competitive but may be on the lower to mid-range of industry standards, depending on experience and specific job requirements. According to various sources, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics, average hourly wages for cooks in the Midwest typically range from $16 to $20, with variations based on the type of establishment (e.g., fast-casual, fine dining) and the level of culinary skill required. Given the cost of living in Dublin, which is higher than the national average, this wage might attract entry-level applicants or those with less experience, while more skilled or specialized cooks might seek higher compensation. Therefore, while it can be seen as competitive for entry-level positions, it may lack appeal for more experienced candidates looking for better remuneration.
