Pay: $20.6 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $20.60 for a Cook in Grand Rapids, MI, appears competitive within the context of the local job market and industry standards. The average hourly wage for cooks in the region typically ranges from around $15 to $25, depending on experience, establishment type, and specific role responsibilities. Given that $20.60 is above the lower end of this range and aligns closely with or exceeds many similar positions, it reflects a fair compensation level that can attract skilled candidates.
