As a Prep Cook or Line Cook, you will play a vital role in the success of the kitchen’s operations. Your responsibilities may include:
– Assisting with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
– Preparing food items, which may involve cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.

– Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food sanitation standards.

Line Cooks and Prep Cooks should expect to be on their feet throughout the entirety of their shifts.
