Job Description
Job Title: Cook
Company: Westerville Senior Living
Location: Westerville, OH
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $17 for a Cook in Westerville, OH, appears to be slightly below the industry standard. According to data from various sources, the typical wage for cooks in Ohio generally ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities, with higher-end positions or those in upscale restaurants earning more. While $17 is competitive for entry-level or lower-experience positions, it may not be attractive enough to retain skilled cooks or those with more experience given the rising cost of living and demand for culinary staff. Therefore, while it is within a reasonable range, it may not fully align with the competitive market, particularly in a growing area like Westerville.
