Responsibilities:

  • Participate in our comprehensive, company-sponsored training program to develop the skills necessary for managing a pest control service route.
  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
  • Operate a company vehicle and adhere to a scheduled route within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each service location.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Employ critical listening skills to empathize with customer concerns and utilize your expertise to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and implement various pest control services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, gutter protection, and energy-efficient radiant heat barriers.
  • Engage with customers on-site by setting project expectations and guiding them through the service process to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Complete all necessary documentation related to service and utilize the provided handheld device for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Work Environment:
