Responsibilities:
- Participate in our comprehensive, company-sponsored training program to develop the skills necessary for managing a pest control service route.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
- Operate a company vehicle and adhere to a scheduled route within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each service location.
- Maintain professionalism and integrity in interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Employ critical listening skills to empathize with customer concerns and utilize your expertise to recommend innovative solutions.
- Prepare and implement various pest control services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, gutter protection, and energy-efficient radiant heat barriers.
- Engage with customers on-site by setting project expectations and guiding them through the service process to ensure their satisfaction.
- Complete all necessary documentation related to service and utilize the provided handheld device for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide training to help you become a Pro.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain the requisite pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
- Proficiency in working independently in the field, managing route-based assignments, and engaging with customers in their homes or businesses.
Work Environment:
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

- Lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs.
