We are excited to announce that AtkinsRéalis is looking for experienced Cost Managers specializing in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) disciplines to join our team in Jeffersonville, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue comprehensive cost reports to the construction team.
- Analyze cash flow and issue relevant reports to the client’s finance/construction teams.
- Evaluate all change orders per the client’s approval process.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices by the cost team.
- Provide procurement services as needed, including the preparation of RFPs and bid analyses for construction and engineering services.
- Oversee and report to clients on contractor buyout of subcontract bid packages, when applicable.
- Lead bi-weekly cost meetings to discuss procurement and change order statuses with contractors and engineering teams.
- Deliver cost information for value engineering analyses.
- Perform earned value analysis on a regular basis.
- Review contractor close-out documentation to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Assist clients with cost-related information regarding legal issues arising from contractor or engineering non-performance, as required.
- Undertake additional duties as deemed necessary by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, complemented by at least seven years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with a clear, analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project, and a solid understanding of construction contract administration, including liens and AIA contracts.
- A strong command of Information Technology tools, including the Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
