Job description:
GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: The primary objective of this role is to prepare high-quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, ensuring a delightful experience for guests at Halo Burger.

Location hours: Monday-Saturday 10 AM – 9 PM; Sunday 11 AM – 8 PM. Hours may vary seasonally.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
– Staff members are responsible for performing various duties at Basic Stations, including order taking, maintaining the fountain and frozen goods, food dressing, frying, grilling, food preparation, expediting, and operating the Drive-Thru, as needed based on unit volume.
– Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to record customer orders accurately, provide clear confirmations, and manage cash transactions efficiently.
– Prepare fountain beverages and frozen items as required.
– Efficiently prepare food items, including cutting and cooking, ensuring orders are completed within 3 minutes.
– Package all menu items correctly and deliver them in an organized manner.
– Serve food to customers promptly when working at other Basic Stations.
– Handle food products weighing up to 50 lbs and restock freezer and shelf items.
– Maintain cleanliness of the unit by disposing of trash regularly and performing duties such as mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping countertops, and emptying used grease.
– Frequently sanitize food preparation areas, tools, and personal hygiene.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
– Exhibit a commitment to prioritizing guest needs consistently.
– Respond to guest requests respectfully, escalating complaints as necessary to unit management.
– Adhere to the required uniform and personal protective equipment guidelines when directed.
– Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:
