JOB SUMMARY
The role involves delivering personalized and exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest who chooses Culver’s® departs with a smile.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Provide consistent, outstanding guest service and hospitality.
– Practice proper personal hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.
– Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance in accordance with uniform standards.
– Adhere to restaurant policies regarding attendance and the respectful conduct of fellow team members.
– Offer accurate product knowledge and promotional information to guests upon request.
– Comply with company safety standards, ensuring the well-being of both team members and guests.
– Demonstrate food safety practices by meticulously completing the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
– Address guest comments in a prompt and courteous manner.
– Execute primary responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
– Complete secondary responsibilities promptly after primary duties have been satisfied.
– Provide timely back-up support following the completion of secondary tasks.
– Assist with miscellaneous duties as requested by the manager on duty.
– Answer phone calls courteously and professionally within three rings.
– Prepare quality products, maintaining portion control and presentation standards within service time goals.
– Attend all team member meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
