AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for a Culinary Services Manager in Southfield, MI, it is essential to consider various factors such as local cost of living, industry standards, and the specific responsibilities of the role. As of my last knowledge update, the average hourly wage for a Culinary Services Manager typically ranges between $25 to $40, depending on experience and the size of the establishment. Given Southfield’s economic landscape and the demand for food service management roles, a competitive rate would generally be at least in the mid-range of that spectrum. If the rate you are considering falls within or above this range, it is likely competitive; however, if it is significantly lower, it might not align with industry standards. Additionally, it would be beneficial to review specific job postings and salary surveys for the region to obtain a clearer context.
