Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Adhere to established procedures to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment to promote the health and safety of others.
  • Accurately maintain and clean housekeeping equipment.
  • Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas according to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
  • Follow established procedures for the storage and disposal of waste, transporting it to designated disposal areas.
  • Report maintenance concerns through work order requests to the appropriate personnel.
  • Secure the facility by following protocols for locking and unlocking doors as required.
  • Ensure the security of company assets.

Qualifications

  • Previous custodial experience is preferred.
  • Ability to adhere to basic safety procedures and precautions, taking into account physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
  • Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive service attitude towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
  • Be adaptable to the needs of guests.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended periods of walking and standing. Additionally, this position may require wearing uniforms and/or utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
