Job Description
Job Title: Custodian/GMP Technician Columbus, Ohio
Company: SBM Management
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $15.5 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.50 to $16.00 for a Custodian/GMP Technician in Columbus, Ohio, falls on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the region. According to industry standards, custodial positions typically offer between $15 and $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract more experienced candidates, especially when compared to the rising cost of living in urban areas like Columbus. Overall, while it may suffice for basic entry-level sustenance, the rate may be insufficient to retain skilled workers in the long term.
