Seeking Custodians and Trash Technicians for a logistics facility located in Etna, OH (70/Mink St SW).

Overview:

  • Compensation ranges from $15.50 to $16.50 per hour, depending on the shift and position.
  • Composite or steel-toe shoes/boots are required.

Shifts:

  • Available schedules include:
    • General Cleaners/Trash Technicians
    • Sunday-Wednesday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM
    • Sunday-Wednesday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
    • Wednesday-Saturday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM
    • Wednesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Essential Janitorial Duties and Responsibilities:
The role involves general cleaning of various areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and conference rooms. Please note that this is a physically demanding position, requiring significant walking (up to miles per day), heavy lifting for trash removal, and outdoor cleaning tasks (please dress appropriately for the weather). Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Removal and baling of cardboard
  • Moving and stacking pallets
  • Floor cleaning
  • Forklift operation

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a janitorial, custodian, cleaning, or housekeeping role is preferred.
  • Capable of frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling weights greater than 50 lbs.
  • Must adhere to basic safety protocols and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
