A typical day as a Customer Account Representative includes:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through “white glove” service, demonstrating a servant’s heart both in our stores and in customers’ homes. You will also be responsible for obtaining new rental orders on the sales floor and via phone.

  • Deliveries & Pickups: Get the opportunity to engage outside the store by exhibiting a winning spirit through safe and compliant loading, unloading, and installation of products. You will adhere to all handling and transportation procedures, and ensure clean and well-maintained vehicles as assigned.

  • Merchandising: Contribute to a welcoming store environment by organizing products and maintaining cleanliness, refurbishing merchandise to like-new condition, and ensuring the showroom is dusted, vacuumed, and organized for both customers and fellow coworkers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid state driver’s license and good driving record, as driving company vehicles will be required
  • Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
