A typical day as a Customer Account Representative may include:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized "white glove" service both in-store and in customers’ homes. Process new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone as needed.
  • Deliveries & Pickups: Embrace the opportunity to demonstrate a winning spirit by safely and compliantly loading, unloading, and installing products. Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.
  • Merchandising: Create an inviting store atmosphere by organizing products and ensuring cleanliness, refurbishing merchandise to like-new condition, and keeping the showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license and a good driving record, as driving company vehicles is a requirement.
  • Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Physical Demands:
