Job Title: Customer Care Agent- Wixom

Company: Boyne Resorts

Location: Wixom, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a Customer Care Agent position in Wixom, MI, is generally below the national average for such roles, which typically ranges from $17 to $22 per hour depending on experience and the specific demands of the job. While wages can vary based on factors like company size, industry, and local cost of living, a rate of $16 may be considered competitive for entry-level positions or in areas with a lower cost of living. However, for candidates with relevant experience or specialized skills, this rate may seem less attractive compared to industry standards, potentially leading to a challenge in attracting and retaining qualified candidates.
