AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the “Customer Experience Banker” role in Tecumseh, MI, I would need specific salary data for that position, which I do not have access to in real-time. However, I can tell you that customer experience roles in the banking sector generally range from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and location. In a smaller city like Tecumseh, rates may be on the lower end of that spectrum. If the offered rate falls within this range, it can be considered competitive, especially given the inclusion of full benefits. To accurately assess its competitiveness and alignment with industry standards, comparing it to local job postings and averages from salary databases would be beneficial.
