We are seeking an enthusiastic individual responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt and courteous customer service while promoting loyalty programs. You will set a standard for customer engagement and maintain a clean and organized environment, exemplifying outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Cultivate a positive experience for both internal and external customers.
– Foster a culture of honesty and integrity while upholding confidentiality.
– Actively engage in the training and mentoring of Associates on front-end principles.
– Guide and coach Associates in personalizing customer interactions and promoting loyalty programs.
– Assign registers, address POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for Associates.
– Promptly address customer concerns and issues to ensure a satisfactory experience.
– Ensure Associates execute tasks and activities aligned with the store plan, prioritizing as necessary.
– Communicate effectively with management and Associates regarding priorities and provide updates on progress.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
– Collaborate with management to identify Associate training needs for increased effectiveness.
– Ensure compliance with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Advocate for credit and loyalty programs.
– Engage in and support store shrink reduction goals and initiatives.
– Promote safety awareness and maintain a secure work environment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.

– Minimum of 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
