Summary
The Customer Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within our warehouse and administrative teams, managing all facets of Operations and Account Management for the Ryder Last Mile Program. This role requires strong leadership of direct reports and the achievement of daily operational goals within the assigned functional area.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and manage expectations
  • Oversee staff performance management and professional development for both exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage daily planning and scheduling operations
  • Uphold health and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related fields required
  • At least one (1) year of direct supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics industry is essential
  • Strong understanding of local and federal customer/company regulations required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain Management components required
  • Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing and Production practices required

Compensation Information:
The compensation offered to candidates is influenced by various factors, including relevant experience, education (including degrees or certifications), work location, market data, internal equity, and salary ranges within the company.
Pay Type: Salaried
Minimum Pay Range: $70,000
Maximum Pay Range: $76,000
The position may be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the type and level of the role.
