As a Customer Service Associate, you will serve as a vital point of contact, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role allows you to express your creativity by greeting customers, assisting them with their purchases, and creating engaging product displays. Additionally, responsibilities will include stocking shelves, utilizing basic math skills for transactions, processing cash and credit payments, maintaining a clean and inviting store atmosphere, and responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products.
