As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and designing appealing product displays that enhance customer engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to express your creativity while contributing to a vibrant work environment.
In addition to customer interactions, you will be tasked with stocking shelves, utilizing your basic math skills for transactions, and managing cash and credit payments. Maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the store is also essential, along with responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products.
