Job Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must be at least 16 years of age. Responsibilities for all store team members include:

• Operation of all equipment.
• Stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, including walk-in coolers.
• Preparing products.
• Receiving and processing telephone orders.
• Performing inventory management and completing all necessary paperwork.
• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities on a daily basis.

Training

Comprehensive orientation and training will be provided on the job.

Communication Skills

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to understand and give accurate written instructions, as well as effectively communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to successfully process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Proficiency in basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), with quick and accurate calculation abilities (a calculator may be used).
• Capability to make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
• Hand-eye coordination to make precise movements swiftly and accurately.

Work Conditions

Team members may experience exposure to:

• Various and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks such as trash removal.
