Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher
Climate Guys, a family-owned business serving the Western Michigan area since 2010, is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher/Receptionist to join our team. This role requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional administrative skills who can effectively identify challenges and implement solutions while maintaining accountability for high-quality work.
Position Summary: In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our technicians to manage their daily schedules, coordinate appointments, and communicate service offerings. Additionally, you will provide valuable information to our customers, address inquiries, and manage concerns. Acting as the primary point of support, you will ensure customer satisfaction with our products, services, and features. This is a fast-paced position that demands strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, proficient computer skills, and effective self-management while meeting performance goals.
Compensation: Up to $28.00 per hour

Required Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatching or a customer service role
– Previous experience in HVAC dispatch/customer service is preferred
– Familiarity with the geographical area served or strong map-reading skills
– Proficient in operating a multi-line phone system
– Solid data entry skills
– Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
– Highly organized and capable of working independently
– Outstanding customer service skills
– Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
– Experience with dispatch software, preferably Service Titan
– Prior experience in dispatching or scheduling is a plus
– A mechanical aptitude and/or knowledge of the HVAC industry
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
– Strong data management skills
– Goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
