FASTSIGNS #222201 is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

A successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both current and potential customers within our FASTSIGNS Center.
  • Acquire skills to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and guarantee the timely delivery of completed orders.
  • Participate actively in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing strategies, and contribute significantly to the overall success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
  • Interact with customers through various channels, including email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
  • Foster long-term relationships by converting prospects into loyal clients.

Ideal Qualifications for the FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative include:

  • 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A proactive, responsive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and build relationships.
