Job description:
Shift hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
– Manage all front desk operations, which include, but are not limited to:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Verifying IDs and member barcodes in the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Updating member accounts as needed.
– Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when necessary.
– Assisting in the maintenance of a neat and clean club environment.
– Monitoring safety and cleanliness throughout the club.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and the gym floor.
– Restocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” and promptly turning in lost property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:
– A background in customer service is preferred.
– Basic proficiency in computer skills is required.

– Punctuality and reliability are essential.
