Job description:
This full-time position requires employees to work one weekend day, with shifts scheduled from 6 AM to 2 PM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
- Manage various front desk operations, including but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls in a courteous manner and assisting callers with a diverse range of inquiries.
- Checking identification and member barcodes into the system.
- Facilitating new member sign-ups.
- Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
- Implementing necessary updates to members’ accounts.
- Responding to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as necessary.
- Assisting in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the club.
- Monitoring the safety of all individuals and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
- Restocking locker rooms with appropriate supplies and paper products.
- Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (e.g., toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
- Following the "Lost and Found Policy" and promptly turning in any lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A background in customer service is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications.

- Engaging in cleaning and diluting chemical solutions during working hours.
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and commonly used surfaces within the club.
