Job description:
This full-time position requires the candidate to work one weekend day, with shifts scheduled from 6 AM to 2 PM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting members, prospective members, and guests. The essential duties and responsibilities include:

– Delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests.
– Managing front desk operations, including:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner while addressing a variety of inquiries.
– Checking member IDs and barcodes into the system.
– Assisting with new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours of the facility for prospective members.
– Facilitating necessary updates to member accounts.
– Promptly addressing member questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when appropriate.
– Helping to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club.
– Monitoring the safety and overall environment within the club.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Stocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (e.g., toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” and promptly turning in found member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications and requirements for this position include:
