Job description:
Shift hours are from 6 AM to 2 PM, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greet members, prospective members, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
– Manage all front desk activities, including but not limited to:
– Answering phones courteously and assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
– Checking member IDs and barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Offering tours of the club to prospective members.
– Processing necessary updates to member accounts.
– Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, and escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when needed.
– Contributing to the upkeep and cleanliness of the club environment.
– Monitoring safety and sanitation within the club.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Restocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (e.g., toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly turning in any lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Preferred background in customer service.
– Basic proficiency in computer skills.
– A strong passion for fitness and health.
– An upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
– Punctuality and reliability are essential.
– Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers, consistently exceeding member expectations.

Physical Demands:
