Job description:
This full-time position includes a requirement to work one weekend day, with shifts scheduled from 6 AM to 2 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming members, prospective members, and guests.
– Manage all front desk activities, including but not limited to:
– Answering phone inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
– Verifying ID and member barcodes within the system.
– Assisting with new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Facilitating updates to member accounts as necessary.
– Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when appropriate.
– Contributing to the cleanliness and organization of the club.
– Monitoring safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Ensuring locker rooms are stocked with adequate supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (e.g., toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly submitting lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Preferred background in customer service.
– Basic proficiency in computer usage.

– Punctuality and reliability are essential.
– Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues, exceeding their expectations.
