Job description:
This is a full-time position that requires availability to work one weekend day, with shifts scheduled from 6 AM to 2 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

– Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
– Manage all front desk activities, which include but are not limited to:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting with a wide range of inquiries.
– Checking IDs and scanning member barcodes into the system.
– Processing new member registrations.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Updating member accounts as necessary.
– Responding to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when appropriate.
– Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
– Monitoring the safety of individuals and the cleanliness of the facility.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Stocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” and promptly turning in any lost property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

Physical Demands

– Willingness to use cleaning chemicals as part of routine sanitation tasks.
– Responsibility to clean and sanitize equipment and frequently used surfaces throughout the club.
