Job description:

This full-time position requires the flexibility to work one weekend day, with a shift scheduled from 6 AM to 2 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome to members, prospective members, and guests through exceptional customer service.
  • Perform front desk activities, including but not limited to:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
    • Checking IDs and member barcodes into the system.
    • Facilitating new member registrations.
    • Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
    • Managing updates to members’ accounts as required.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
    • Monitoring the safety and hygiene standards within the facility.
    • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
    • Ensuring locker rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and paper products.
    • Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
    • Adhering to the "Lost and Found Policy" by promptly turning in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements
