Job Summary:
This is a full-time position requiring availability to work one weekend day. The scheduled shifts will either be from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
– Manage all front desk activities, including but not limited to:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Checking ID and member barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Updating member accounts as required.
– Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when necessary.
– Assisting in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
– Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of the facilities.
– Performing thorough cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Stocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly turning in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Preferred background in customer service.
– Basic computer proficiency is required.
– A genuine passion for fitness and health.
– Consistently upbeat and positive attitude.
– Punctuality and reliability are essential.
– Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers, exceeding their expectations.

Physical Demands:
