In this outdoor combination role, you will engage with customers throughout various stages of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Your responsibilities may include, depending on location, checking vehicles, inputting data using a handheld device, processing rentals for our loyalty customers, assisting clients at exit gates, or facilitating car check-ins at return, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications We Seek:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and data entry)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to cover various shifts
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move around the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for extended periods; familiarity with driving different types of vehicles is advantageous
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This role requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
